Mach1 PC moved to its location behind Marsh Supermarket in Shelbyville two years ago in June. We have been amazed every week at how the business grows. We are thankful for the many customers who followed us from our previous location to the new free-standing store (the former eye-care center).
It gives us joy every day to help customers identify and access computer solutions to their home, personal, travel, business and institutional needs. That means we serve schools, churches, factories, mechanics, students, moms and dads.
With in-house technicians and outbound service calls, we aim to be a full-service repair and retail center for customers near and far. We have traveled from state to state for corporate customers who need remote back-up and storage service, and as near as Hope, Manila and Southport for small business and home users needing emergency repair.
Every day is sale day in our retail store! We have more than a thousand square feet of sales floor featuring new parts and accessories, as well as refurbished laptops and desktops. We’ve helped hundreds of customers program their wireless routers, access the Internet on their laptops and repair damaged computers when liquids or falling accidents occurred.
Mach1 PC sells accelerated dial-up service to hundreds of local customers, but many are happy to learn that we now sell Verizon wireless service – yes, that’s the 3G service you can see advertised on TV. Verizon is the perfect Internet solution for areas of Shelby County not served by the cable and phone companies. This is service you can use at home or in the car, at school or in the fishing camp, in the recreational vehicle or on the boat.
The store hours are convenient for your evening commute and lunch hour. We’re open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and holidays so our employees can be with their families.
